LEGAL DISCLAIMER This information is made public in defence of false and malicious accusations of harassment Everything on this page is my own opinion based 100% on FACT, all events leading up to this are verifiable as the TRUTH, factually correct and fully documented in a court of a law, therefore any further attempted allegations of "harassment" or "Defamation" are entirely VEXATIOUS and utterly WITHOUT MERIT. I am Mr. SJR of Bromley, Kent a former client of abp chartered architects who suffered their extreme malicious wrath when adverse circumstances forced me to shelve a contract I had signed with them If you have suffered similar abuse from Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin, Andrew Scott, Maria Humphrey-Gaskin or abp chartered architects of Bromley Kent I would like to hear from you please contact me abp Chartered Architects of St Lukes Church Hall, Raglan Road, Bromley Kent Sued me, their client, for payment on work they had carried out on their own initiative, work that I hadn't personally authourised AFTER I'd lost my job and requested they stop all work on the project, I was obliged to do this only as being suddenly without work or salary I was no longer in a financial position to continue abp RIBA Partners Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin & Andrew Scott conspired to "snipe" at me, slur my good character and make unfair misrepresentations about me in court in order to win their case, when these facts were later inadvertently leaked into the public domain by a computer software glitch, Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin acting for and on behalf of abp chartered architects falsely alleged Defamation against me and one of the Limited companies I own, but he and his lawyers later failed to pursue this truth gagging strategy, WHY ? Merely stating true FACTS and making my own, fair, personal opinions of dealing with abp chartered architects known CAN NEVER BE CONSTRUED AS DEFAMATORY, it is simply LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST & TRUTHFUL opinion. Whether I expressed my experiences or feelings about this business and its partners or not I am lawfully entitled to freely express true facts and my honest opinions ! After this initial "Civil Case" tactic failed Mr Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin took it upon himself to try a new strategy, acting this time as a private individual he decided to vexatiously allege "Harassment" against me as an individual These new criminal allegations against me, his companies former client, have resulted in plain clothes policemen coming to my home to seemingly bully me into silence and try to frighten me into foregoing my rights to honest opinion and freedom of expression. I state for the record that I have had no contact in any way shape or form with this individual, Mr. Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin, or with anyone else at abp chartered architects since the civil case ended and I was obliged to hand over a cheque to them for thousands of pounds I state categorically that I have never and will never practice any harassment behaviour of any description ! This is the first public notice I have ever published concerning this matter Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin has now lowered himself to newer, even lower depths, he has maliciously attempted to criminalise me, an honest upright citizen with no criminal history whatsoever ! he has made serious criminal allegations to Bromley police that I'm somehow "harassing" him, causing him distress, simply by STATING THE TRUE FACTS ABOUT THE WAY HE TREATED ME, HIS CLIENT ! My freedom of speech is SACROSANCT, frivolous and vexatious litigants who attempt to manipulate our Police service into doing their bullying for them will never prevent me from freely expressing or publishing the TRUTH nor publicly stating my honest opinions, opinions based solely on the realities of being an "abp chartered architects" client If abp chartered architects and Mr Bernard Humphrey-Gaskin do not like my freedom to express publicly my fair opinion of the horrors of dealing with them I invite them to take this civil matter further in a civil courtroom Mr. Humphrey-Gaskin, I am now wise to your methods, you will not get away with using them more than once These frivolous accustations of harassment are part of another process of pure extortive calumny in a malicious bid to make yet MORE money by abusing our legal system once again This effort is undertaken not solely in defense of these preposterous, frivolous and vexatious allegations of "harassment" but in the interests of safeguarding innocent fellow consumers from people whom I can only regard ( based on the experience of doing business with them ) as dishonest, greedy chancers hiding behind a thin cloak of professionalism December 19th 2006 |
